Luiza took care of my cat for 5 days on a short notice during a holiday so that I was able to travel for it, and I really appreciated her help and willingness to be there for me and my cat! Melanie was incredible! She took care of 4 very spoiled inside cats, including a crazy kitten, and a very skiddish outside cat, and went above and beyond! She was responsive, detail oriented, caring and again, went above and beyond when little surprises (aka hairballs) came up. We will no doubt be using Melanie again!

I had a unique situation in that my parents’ cats were joining my cat for a couple days while traveling to KW. Lovell took everything in stride and coordinated both with me and my mom to make sure any extra meds or instructions were added as he saw fit. Very happy with his customer service and connection with cats that are skeptical of men.
