Kim is very reliable, responds promptly to texts and phone calls and my dog likes her! We’ve used her for dog walking and overnight stays at our house and everything went smoothly.

I just wanted to take a moment to sincerely express how much I truly appreciated the exceptional service provided while walking my dog. After booking at the last minute, she was not only incredibly accommodating but also made sure Maizey got her much-needed nighttime walk, which was such a relief for me. I could tell she genuinely cares about the animals she looks after. On top of that, she sent me multiple pictures and videos throughout the walk, which really put my mind at ease and allowed me to feel connected to Maizey while I was away. It was such a thoughtful touch and showed just how much attention she gives to each pet. Her communication was absolutely fantastic—she kept me updated every step of the way, and it made me feel completely confident that Maizey was in great hands.
