This was our first time leaving our baby girl Ela ( 2.5 yr old kitty) and having Jennifer being there to take care of her made it a little easier. Jennifer was amazing, her communication was spectacular, she really went above and beyond to make us feel at ease with missing our baby. She was sweet, caring and very loving towards our baby.
