Sydney was excellent! She handled a few unexpected situations for us while we were out of town and provided great communication during her visits.

I needed help last second with last minute out of state plans, and Minnie stepped up to help. She gave me daily updates for my cat, including pictures to let me know how he was doing. Amazing communication, professionalism, what more do you want from someone watching your pet. 10/10 would recommend and ask to help again.

This was my first trip out of town leaving my kitten who is just six months old, so you can imagine leaving her was very difficult. Lisa made it so easy.
