I cannot underestimate the importance of trust for a pet sitter. Neusa fulfilled all of our requirements; she provided our dog, Pancho, with the love, attention, and security he needed while we were away. In addition to the daily photos and reports on our boy, Neusa and I communicated about his little idiosyncrasies, which she could not have anticipated. Her interactions with Pancho made all the difference to our returning to a happy, healthy and calm boy. She was our surrogate, and he fell in love with her. Thank you, Neusa. Ari was incredible! 10/10! So communicative, responsive, thorough, patient, kind and animal lover through and through. She stay at our home for four days to house sit and watch our babies.
