OMG!!!!! I am a first time Rover user. Jeanette has made me a Rover customer for life. Jeanette was pleasant, loving, reliable and my cat loved her. Her professionalism began at the start when she scheduled a meet and greet! The only bad thing is Slim Jim may never go on a road trip with my family again. As long as Jeanette is available, he is staying home with his favorite most best good Aunt Jeanette!

Brandy was amazing! She took excellent care of our two young cats and kept us up-to-date on how they were doing with pictures and a write up. She was very responsive and came by our place at the times we agreed to and was very diligent about feeding and cleaning needs. I found myself in a last-minute situation needing a babysitter, and Nicole was always available whenever I needed her. She has looked after my cat, Levi, on multiple occasions and has taken exceptional care of him. You can rest assured that with Nicole, you and your pets are in great hands!

Nicole watched our two cats while we were away. She took good care of them and sent really cute pictures. Nicole was prompt in responding to messages and very reliable. I would ask her to watch the cats again and would recommend her!

Abigail took great care of my cat. I am new to the area and when called for an unexpected work trip, I turned to Rover. I reached out to Abigail and Abigal and received a response within 30 minutes she was available and assisted with setting up the meet/greet. My cat was a stray and is very timid, Abilgail took such great care not to traumatize her and was even able to get close enough to capture a photo. The fact that my cat didn't run is a great compliment to Abigail's patience and caring. I highly recommend this team if you are in the Fort. Lauderdale area, they will be my first go to for the next trip.

Danielle is an absolute angel. I asked her to drop in on my cat and guinea pig while I was away just before Christmas. My flight home was delayed, and she very kindly offered to check in on them another day, even though it was Christmas. After dealing with all of the stress at the airport, it was such a relief to know my fur babies were being taken care of! She was so patient with my standoffish cat and treated her and my pig like they were her own pets. Her communication, compassion, and friendliness are top notch. Mafalda with great with my 2 kitties! She kept me updated with video's and photos which help to feel at ease knowing they are getting fed and some snuggles. On the last day she even swept up the area around my liter box which was really nice to come home to:). Thank you Mafalda! Will book again:)
