Kaylee was awesome! Great communication, made the experience smooth and simple + showed tons of love to my cat! He can be quite shy and warmed up to her right away. I called Laura on a Thursday trying to find a pet sitter to do last minute drop in visits with our domesticated outside cat who recently adopted us. Laura said she was available and came by the next day to meet us and the cat. She made two drop in visits to feed Cindy Lou and sent pics each time. She was friendly and warm and my dog warmed up to her right away. We appreciated the last minute booking and will undoubtedly use Laura again in future to pet sit for us.

We had a last minute request for 2 drop ins and Alexandra was able to help us, thankfully. She stopped by both times, sent us pics and kept us updated as to how our puppies were doing. Looking forward to booking with her again!
