Michelle arrived on time and even spent a little extra time with our Morty to get to know him and make sure he felt comfortable with her. I was very nervous at first to go away on my trip, but Alexis put any and all anxieties to rest with her high level of care. She made sure to stop in, in a timely manner each day at the agreed upon time. She provided updates with pictures and plenty of text updates. She followed all the instructions I had left for the proper care of my two cats and made me feel relaxed and comfortable, allowing me to focus completely on my vacation. I have never left the cats for so long but I knew they were in safe and capable hands with all the updates Alexis provided. I would definitely recommend her for anyone who has cats and is in need of a pet sitter.
