Camila was wonderful. She was always courteous, kind and professional. Specifically, she said 'no problem' when I had to extend my stay abroad, and took care of my cat accordingly. Also - unlike a former catsitter I had a major problem with - Camila always sent a pic of my cat for every visit, without me having to ask. That is the industry standard, and what professionals do without needing to be asked. I highly recommend her. And I really like that DOGVAY is bonded, insured, and responsible for their petsitters. It gets rid of the anxiety of just hiring 'somebody who likes pets' in your apartment complex, who is totally unaccountable, to take care of your loved ones.

While out of town Jenni did a wonderful job watching my three furbabies. My chihuahuas are barkers but they warmed up to her. I felt safe to travel because she did drop in visits. I recommend booking Jenni to watch your little fur ones. She has alot of knowledge and experience and is a wonderful person.

Amy and Jake get along great. Amy stops by mid-day to let the dog out and give him some attention while I'm away at work. Amy is super reliable and flexible. I feel good entrusting Jake to Amy and I feel safe giving Amy access to my home when I'm not there.
