Quinten was absolutely amazing. She gave my animals so much love and attention. She kept me updated throughout my trip and gave me lots of photos and videos. She had no issues giving my cat his medications and even got my younger dog to trust her enough for him to let her pet him. I will definitely book her again for my next trip.

Diana has been looking after my cat since last year, and we're so grateful to have her in our lives! My cat loves her and always follows her around. Diana is reliable and always keeps me updated, highly recommend her!

Jenni was excellent and very accommodating. It was my first time using Rover but Jenni put me at ease. Explained the process in detail including what to expect from her visits. Well, I can’t say enough about Amy. But, in short, she goes above and beyond. I was out of town and had bad cell service. When she called to get through my gate at my complex, I didn’t get the calls and she couldn’t get in. She literally parked down the street and walked (in the rain!) to look after my fur babies. You can’t get much more dedicated and reliable than that!

Carla was great with our fur babies!! She took great care of our pups and gave them lots of attention and love during drop in visits. She was very easy to work with and her communication was excellent! We will definitely recommend her to friends ?

Kylie was great with my two kitties. She followed the instructions I gave her and my cats were safe, happy and full when I got back home. I will definitely book with her again!

Jennifer exceeded all expectations. I met Jennifer for a meet and greet prior to her 1st drop in and I know straight away my puppy was going to be in good hands. She was very thorough and timely. Camila was wonderful. She was always courteous, kind and professional. Specifically, she said 'no problem' when I had to extend my stay abroad, and took care of my cat accordingly. Also - unlike a former catsitter I had a major problem with - Camila always sent a pic of my cat for every visit, without me having to ask. That is the industry standard, and what professionals do without needing to be asked. I highly recommend her. And I really like that DOGVAY is bonded, insured, and responsible for their petsitters. It gets rid of the anxiety of just hiring 'somebody who likes pets' in your apartment complex, who is totally unaccountable, to take care of your loved ones.
