Camila was wonderful. She was always courteous, kind and professional. Specifically, she said 'no problem' when I had to extend my stay abroad, and took care of my cat accordingly. Also - unlike a former catsitter I had a major problem with - Camila always sent a pic of my cat for every visit, without me having to ask. That is the industry standard, and what professionals do without needing to be asked. I highly recommend her. And I really like that DOGVAY is bonded, insured, and responsible for their petsitters. It gets rid of the anxiety of just hiring 'somebody who likes pets' in your apartment complex, who is totally unaccountable, to take care of your loved ones.

Well, I can’t say enough about Amy. But, in short, she goes above and beyond. I was out of town and had bad cell service. When she called to get through my gate at my complex, I didn’t get the calls and she couldn’t get in. She literally parked down the street and walked (in the rain!) to look after my fur babies. You can’t get much more dedicated and reliable than that!

Jenni took care of our cat while we were away traveling, and she was wonderful! Jenni is professional, kind, communicative, and kept us updated with cute pictures of our baby. We had peace of mind knowing he was in good hands, and I appreciate Jenni very much!
