This was our first time using Rover, so we were a bit nervous — but Cheyenne completely exceeded our expectations! From start to finish, she was thoughtful, professional, and truly caring. Before our trip, she came by twice to get to know our dog and two cats, making sure they were comfortable with her. While we were away, Cheyenne went above and beyond, sending regular updates, photos, and check-ins that gave us total peace of mind. She even reached out once we got home to make sure we’d returned safely to our happy, well-cared-for pets. We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter and will absolutely book with her again.
Olivia was very easy to work with. She noted days that I hadn't sched. that I needed sched. Very thorough. She keot me straight. Lol Our pups were well taken care of. I'd highly recommend her.
