After booking at the last minute, she was not only incredibly accommodating but also made sure Maizey got her much-needed nighttime walk, which was such a relief for me. I could tell she genuinely cares about the animals she looks after. On top of that, she sent me multiple pictures and videos throughout the walk, which really put my mind at ease and allowed me to feel connected to Maizey while I was away. It was such a thoughtful touch and showed just how much attention she gives to each pet.
