Vivian was amazing with our girl. She sent us updates and followed our instructions. This was the first time we have ever let someone other than ourself or our parents watch Leota and we felt so comfortable with Vivian when we did the meet up. Kiara did an excellent job taking care of my two cats while I was out of town for a week. I could tell the cats really liked her, and she knows how to handle cats well. She was diligent was feeding and litter changes, and spent time making sure they get plenty of petting and playing. She kept me up to date with daily cute photos of the cats, as well as a blurb about what kind of cat things they had been up to. Would definitely rebook again.
