She additionally received my Discharge orders by phone and kept my Sister and Niece informed of my progress when they phoned checking on me!!! She really went above and beyond to keep my house and pups safe, clean and happy. She was extremely communicative and I didn’t have to wonder if things were ok for a second. Hailey is amazing! My first experience using any dog sitter or Rover and I would book her again in a heart beat. I knew my pups were in great hands. She was very thoughtful sending me so many pictures and updates while I was away and even did extra tasks and clean up which was so appreciated, one less thing I needed to do when getting home from traveling. Overall very professional, punctual, good communication, and so sweet to my pups.
