So good with our 3 cats. I can't believe they even came out to see him and they have never done that, even with family. Did great communicating with us. I was nervous about someone coming to the apartment, but it was a great experience.

There aren't enough words to describe how happy I am with Suzanne. This was our first pet sitting experience with her and I knew she was just the nicest most caring person at hello. She takes her job very seriously and truly loves animals. I have 5 cats who never come out for anyone but my husband & I ,but they sure did show their faces for Suzanne. They hung out in the kitchen when she was over and they were waiting by the door (like dogs) when she arrived...just to name a few. My oldest kitty is afraid of everything, he even hides when my husband comes home from work. If a stranger comes over he flies like a rocket behind the bed & is totally panic stricken for hours. Suzanne sent me a pic of him where she was standing like 3 ft away and he had soft eyes & was sleeping...I'm just totally blown away. I can tell she spends a lot of time with them interacting, because they were not stressed when I got home and my older cat came out to greet us, as soon as we arrived & that has never happened;he usually wouldn't show his face for literally hours. Suzanne is very clean, she's very honest, reliable and trustworthy. She goes out of her way to accomplish exactly what your wishes are, for the care of your pet. I Highly, Highly recommend Suzanne I will never use anyone else now that I found her; I gave her 5 stars but she deserves 10. Some people have kids and for some of us our pets are our kids. Whom ever I leave to care for my pets has to be top notch, as I am leaving my most precious possession with them and Suzanne is hands down the very best.

Mateo did a fantastic job taking care of Macchiato! I always received timely updates and I know my dog enjoyed his time with Mateo. I highly recommend Mateo as a dog sitter.

Aleksandra was perfect. On time, excellent with communication, extremely sweet and thoughtful with Dolce, smart and quick witted in an emergency, mature and comfortable with new/unexpected challenges and situations, and just a lovely person. I’m a guarded and discerning pup mama and Aleksandra far exceeded my expectations. 5 stars plus!

I forget to mention she grooms your pup and makes sure they’re clean! Amazing work from her.
