Cat Sitting in Howey-in-the-Hills

We are new to the area and were feeling anxious about finding a pet sitter that would be kind and loving to our babies. We could not be happier that we found Jaclyn on Rover and gave her the chance. From our first time doing a meet & greet, she was genuine, honest, and explained everything she would take care of while we were out of town. Our 3 kitties loved her from the moment they met her. She did a wonderful job of sending us daily reports and photos of our babies. She checked in daily through the Rover app, always on time. One thing that stood out was how detail-oriented Jaclyn is and how she paid attention to a subtle difference in one of our cats. She reported that our 17 year old kitty was breathing differently and sent us a video. Sure enough, our girl had an upper respiratory infection and had to go to the hospital for care. We are so grateful we found Jaclyn. She is trustworthy and responsible. More importantly, she loved our babies and our babies loved her!

My pet was very well taken care of with Saira. I had a sitter cancel last minute and Saira was able to schedule me last minute. She was very communicative throughout the whole process and her updates every day gave me confidence that my pet was well taken care of while i was away. I would highly recommend her services!

Mekayla was great. She was super sweet, my cats loved her and she was great at communicating. Definitely book with her!

Donna was amazing with our 2 cats while we were overseas for the holidays. She was very attentive, informative, sent us lots of pictures and best of all our cats loved her!

Margaux is amazing! Margaux set a worry free first impression. Her communication response time is almost immediate. I was beyond impressed with our meet & greet. Margaux is an active listener, takes detailed notes and asks meaningful questions. Margaux was very timely and did an amazing job with her drop in service for our two senior cats. Margaux communicated with us during every drop in visit. Thanks to Margaux, me & my wife were able to enjoy a worry free vacation out of the country. Margaux is at the top of my list for an immediate rehire candidate! Margaux, I can't thank you enough for all you've done for me, my wife & our two furry four legged kids!!

Jennifer is awesome! She always sends adorable pictures during her visits that my kids always look forward to. We love knowing Chloe is being loved on while we are away!
