Kaylie was very kind and attentive to my moody, sometimes naughty parrot Toto. She was punctual and caring and I know he appreciated her so much, even though he didn’t show it! Toto is a huge macaw and she is fearless! Thank you Kaylie for everything and I really hope you’ll take care of Toto again someday soon for us.
