In looking at utilizing Rover as a first time pet mom I cannot say enough about how quickly Michael gained my trust. He communicated and provided pictures when he was with our pups. Having Michael as our go to contact has removed so much stress and allows me to know when I can’t be there they are are in GREAT hands!

Heather has been great! She stay overnight a few nights with both dogs while I was away. Consistently checking in with photos and updates each day. Last minute walk needs since then and is above and beyond. Quick to respond and flexible with her time.
