Dog Boarding in Jacksonville

I had to go out of town due to a death in the family, and thanks to Katya and her mother, I never once worried about my boy Teddy. That alone was worth every penny, knowing that he was being taken care of and well looked after. Should I ever need to book again, I will be a repeat customer!

Highly recommended! Rachel went above and beyond to take care of Lucy. Responsive, professional, compassionate and easy to coordinate with. I will certainly be hiring her support again the next time I travel.

Great pet sitter. Kept in touch with me the whole time sent pics of my dog even called so I can talk with my dog! Brandon and his family showed Jose so much love. Brandon’s daughter was also extremely friendly with him. I totally recommend him!!!!!

Lindsey and Jose were absolutely amazing with our pack, Gigi, Leo, and Posty were treated like royalty! From day one, communication was excellent. They kept us updated with messages and adorable photos, which really put our minds at ease. It was clear they genuinely love dogs, and their whole family, including their sweet children, made our pups feel completely at home. We’re so grateful for the love and care they gave. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed working with Cindee. She was really interested in getting to know our dogs, and had a calm presence that made introducing the dogs to her and the new environment easy. This was our first time leaving our 8 month old GSD, and the kids wanted to know where she would be. Cindee was welcoming to all of us, and this helped the kids feel at ease about leaving the puppy. Handling two good sized German Shepherd’s can be challenging, but Cindee was great with them, and they seemed to have been treated like she would have treated her own dogs.

Kaitland was so great with our dog Dolly and we were really glad we booked with her! We received regular photo updates and we could tell Dolly was really happy there. I would definitely recommend her!!

Laura is wonderful. PB is an anxious pup who takes a while to trust. But she took great care of my furbaby. He enjoyed his time with Laura and the other pups. She also kept me informed with texts and pics. PB and I would book her again and highly recommend her. (She's so thoughtful that PB came home with the cutest Easter bandana!).

Emma and Adam were absolutely INCREDIBLE taking care of my boys. We received daily updates and pictures and they were having such a great time with their buddy Patrick, along with all the cuddles and play time. We're happy and relieved to have found Emma and Adam to watch over our babies while we were gone. Can't wait to use them again!

It was our baby’s first time away from us, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for Pepper! Nhi was incredibly attentive, sweet, and caring. The constant communication and adorable picture updates truly put my mind at ease. I’m so grateful for the love and care she gave our puppy!

Jessica was fantastic with our boys! We received plenty of pictures and videos while they were staying with her. You can tell she cares deeply about your pets and was patient with our pup the first night when he was experiencing some separation anxiety. We GREATLY appreciate the kindness and love she gave our pets while we were away. We would absolutely book again.

Susan was great! Very professional and I felt good about leaving my dog with her. She even gave us some homemade dog treats to take home with us!

As far as we are concerned, Charlayda is Prince’s other mom. He is diabetic and it’s not easy for me to find someone I trust to take care of him. I trust Charlayda completely. She sent pictures and updates throughout his eleven day stay and I could see he was happy and well cared of. We will definitely return to her for future dog boarding.

Edward was an excellent sitter for our Bullmastiff, Carlos! We highly recommend him! He took great care of him and kept us updated with pictures on a daily basis. Carlos felt happy and safe with Edward. We will definitely be using him again next time we need boarding or a sitter for Carlos.

Brenda was great. Our dog seemed very happy when we picked her up and was well cared for. Brenda was very nice and easy to work with. She gave us updates during the 10 days she took care of Juanita.

Tyler was so pleasant with our dog that Luna trusted her right away and she's not a very trusting dog. She was able to understand our dog's quirks and needs and always try to make her calm in any situation..She constantly updates me about Luna and how she's doing which make me feel at ease while I'm on my trip..Overall, Luna came home happy and we're grateful for the care that Tyler gave for our Luna..

Sherrie was great! She provided me with lots of pictures and updates of my dogs. She was kind, professional, and very accommodating. We will definitely be using Sherrie again.
