Dog Boarding in Jacksonville

Rachel is the only person on Rover we will use to watch Bo! She sends pictures and updates and Bo always seems to have had so much fun when we pick him up. Definitely recommend!

I don't know where to start with this man. He's AMAZING!!! It was my first time leaving my pitbull with anyone. Edward is like a dog whisperer (lol) My mind was truly at ease. I received picture and video updates. Mack truly enjoyed himself. And was sad when he had to leave Edward. I can say my dog now has a friend. I DEFINITELY will be using Edward again and again! Thank you Rover for this connection

I had a last minute booking and they took good care of Curry. Great communication and sent pictures, so I felt at ease. Will be on the lookout for their availability next time. Thanks Lindsey and Jose!

Katya took the best care of our puppy. She gave thorough updates and made sure Daisy had the most fun and was happy and entertained. 10/10 service and will definitely book again.

I left my anxious older dog for a week for the first time ever. Em & Carl took such good care of him! He even had a snuggle routine before his meals. They sent pics everyday and my pup was relaxed and happy when I picked him up. Thanks, you guys!

Yekaterina was such a great dog sitter! I will definitely return . She was so sweet with my dog and kept me updated with pictures every single day . My dog was so sad leaving when I picked him up lol . I know he had a blast with her and her family.

I went on a 5-day girls trip which is the longest I’ve ever been away from Roo since the pandemic. I was initially worried about leaving her with someone through Rover, but Brittney was great! She sent me pictures every time I asked and assured me that my pup was in good hands. I could tell she was no stranger to the process when I dropped Roo off and that she loved dogs of all kinds - even my scruffy little mutt. Brittney was receptive to meeting before Roo’s stay and we had planned to, but I got busy. She offered to FaceTime and call which I appreciated. Pick up at the end was smooth too and she was flexible with timing. She lives in an area close the the light rail, but her complex has a dog park and the area is highly patrolled by cops and stuff. Definitely not a super green neighborhood or anything but for my small dog, it was perfect and very similar to her circumstances at home. In the future, I probably would’ve asked more questions - like did you walk her today? Where has she been sleeping? Etc. but I left Brittney with pretty detailed instructions that I believe she followed! She was very sweet and smiley! Would book again. Also love that she only does one dog owner at a time - that’s really hard to find

I would highly recommend Laura to take care of your fur baby. She is loving, kind, and followed up every day of Buddy’s 10 day stay. She put my mind at ease by sending me messages and pictures of Buddy twice a day.

Skipper had a great time staying at Chrissy's. My husband and I appreciated receiving updates and pictures while we were away. We will definitely book with Chrissy in the future.

Truly felt comfortable with my beloved in Nhi's home. She kept me updated and communicated with me throughout the stay. I plan to use her again and again and highly recommend. Her complimentary photos are a true bonus and icing on the cake.

Randy took great care of my two anxious young cats and set me so many photos and videos keeping me updated every day they were with him and his family. Thank you so much again!

Emma was great with my big dog and is very understanding. I had several last minute changes that went back and forth that was out of our control and she made it very stress free while at the same time taking care of our fur-baby like her own. I would recommend her to anyone all day! Will only be using her from now on when she is available. Great sitter!

Susan was great! Very professional and I felt good about leaving my dog with her. She even gave us some homemade dog treats to take home with us!

Brandon swooped in and saved the day when I was finding care for my foster pets. He went as far as to sign the foster protocol paperwork in order to help me keep them out of the shelter while I was on vacation. He was communicative and made sure I felt at ease, and the dogs had a nice visit. Thank you, Brandon.

Such great care. Larickya was very patient and gentle with my 140lb moose lol. She had two very friendly dogs as well who were just as kind to my Zeus and she was very knowledgeable on how to introduce the dogs so they will get along. Definitely coming back for a pawdate

Sherrie was great! She provided me with lots of pictures and updates of my dogs. She was kind, professional, and very accommodating. We will definitely be using Sherrie again.

Our dog had the best time with Sabatina. He spent one night there and loved playing with her kids and dogs. She took such great care of him, even noticing that he wasn’t interested in eating so she mixed in wet food for him. She also sent pictures while we were gone so I knew he was doing well. We will definitely be using her again!
