Dog Boarding in Jacksonville

My booking with Janet and Saar was my first time using Rover and I can’t tell you how pleased I am with the experience! After trying traditional boarding, I decided it wasn’t a good fit for Pixel as she can be very anxious in that environment. Leaving her anywhere makes me nervous but Pixel was very comfortable with Janet and Saar from the initial meet and greet! Their space is very large and cozy - perfect for play and relaxing. Janet was amazing at sending pictures throughout the day and keeping me updated on how Pixel was doing. When I picked her up she was happy and not overwhelmed like she usually is after boarding. You can tell they give great care and attention to dogs and their specific needs. I am so happy with her stay - would absolutely recommend and continue to use Janet and Saar for future bookings! Em and her family are wonderful with pets. They are very loving and caring folks. They live in a beautiful community easily accessible from various locations. My puppy Goldie bonded with them right away. They are great at taking pets to dog parks and frequent walks. Goldie enjoyed her stay at Em’s place. We are definitely going to get Em’s help for Goldie’s future boarding and pet sitting requirements. I highly recommend Em’s pet sitting services to all who are looking for one.

Lauren was great, and I unequivocally and enthusiastically recommend her to anyone looking for someone to whom they can entrust their precious pooch! I was worried how my Shiloh would respond to being away from me and left in the care of someone new, but Lauren did such a great job and bonded with her so well that I think Shiloh was more disappointed to leave her care than she was that I left on my trip. Way ta go, Lauren! Suffice it to say that I’m going to have Lauren on speed dial and turn to her anytime I need someone to care for Shiloh!

I can’t give Paige a wonderful enough review. She took amazing care of my dog, and I would recommend her to anyone. She is patient, very good with dogs and managed to calm my anxious dog during his stay which is not an easy task! Thank you Paige for being so amazing.

Fantastic experience. Annie looked so happy playing, cuddling, and annoying Max (one of the family dogs). I got great picture and text updates that left me feeling confident my lovely girl was in great, loving hands! :)

Madison and Charlea took amazing care of my dog, Griffey! When we picked Griffey up he was happy and clearly very well taken care of while we were away! I will definitely use them again and recommend their services!

Willie LOVED his stay and his new friends! And we were able to relax and enjoy our trip knowing our little man was safe, happy and well-cared for! Maria gave great updates throughout his stay, which was reassuring. I caught Willie checking travel sites on the laptop trying to book our next vacation so he could go back and stay!

Did a great job with my new puppy and really keep to her schedule which I greatly appreciate. Definitely will be my first pick whenever I need a sitter again!

Cynthia did an amazing job taking care of my babies! This was our first time leaving our new rescue baby with a sitter so it was a bit of a learning curve which she took completely in stride. We also had a very chaotic day getting back in town with 10 hour flight delays and she was very flexible with our arrangement for picking up the babies which made an already stressful situation much easier. Cynthia was very communicative throughout our entire trip which put us at ease and our babies seemed to have a great time with her. We would definitely have her watch our babies again!

Brent and David are AMAZING. I genuinely feel SO lucky finding them to take care of our fur baby. Every time we drop her off, she immediately gets so excited knowing where she is. We receive constant updates and the cutest pictures of our baby getting loved on. I have such an immense peace of mind while out of town knowing my girl is in the best hands.

Great Communication and kindness.

My older fur baby is in great hands when I leave her with Patti and William. She takes meds and is on a special diet and they take such good care of her. They send pics to let me see my baby during the stay and they are very communicative when I have questions. I moved over 20 miles away but will still drive the distance to leave my baby with them so I can rest easy that she’s well taken care of while I’m gone.

Ashley is AMAZING!! We have two yorkies who require alot of love and attention. Previously we had a horrible experience with a local boarding facility. We hope with an independent sitter they could recieve more tentative care, so we took a chance. Ashley was assuring and kept us updated on their care. I highly recommend her and will be my #1 contact for any of our future trips.

Toni was amazing! We needed a pet sitter to watch our 6-week old kitten on fairly short notice and we're so lucky we found Toni who is very caring and professional. Toni provided us photos and updates every day which we really appreciated while we were traveling. Thank you!
