Pia was very attentive and kind to our cats during all drop in visits! Pia was incredibly patient as our cats got to know her, and they quickly started to greet her at the door. She sent us frequent pictures. videos and updates during the drop in visits, and we look forward to having her look after them again!

I would feel very comfortable leaving my cat with Jasmin . She arrived promptly and fed and changed his litter properly. I loved the pics she included during her visits. It made me feel reassured my pet was okay while I was away

I recently had the pleasure of leaving my three cats with Jai. From the moment that we connect, I felt that I was leaving them in good hands. Jai was responsible, reliable, and kept their feeding schedule. I appreciated her professionalism and it was evident that she took her job seriously. I’m extremely happy with the drop-in service provided by Ricardo and Carlos. This was my first time using a service like Rover and I was a bit apprehensive about it. However, from the start Ricardo communicated quickly and professionally, we set up a meet and greet and it went well. Each day during the service they sent plenty of pictures and videos and everything was perfect. Will use again for sure and highly recommend them!

Alanya is the cat whisperer!! She is wonderful. I have 3 cats (insert joke here)?. One is extremely socialized, one is skittish around strangers, and the most recent will hide if she doesn't know the person. But, all of them adored her attention. When I got back home, none of them were stressed or anxious. They were content and well taken care of!!

This was our second time using Nelsy to feed our cat. She was so great with him that he has completely warmed up to her.
