Ying was amazing! I found her last minute on Rover and she was very responsive, punctual, and communicative the entire time. She sent me pictures of my kitties and made me feel comfortable knowing they were in good hands. For a last-minute booking, it was a great first experience and I would definitely use her again.

Rob and his family are great! Very friendly and punctual. They always make sure to send pictures and update us on the cats. Love them and plan to book again.

I was very surprised that my shy cat would respond to a stranger. She came right to her and seem perfectly content. I recommend Sharon she definitely has a way with shy kitties.

Tracy was an absolute blessing!! She took amazing care of my 2 cats while I traveled out of state. I received updates and pictures with each visit. This was our first time leaving our 3 cats with a pet sitter. Christina was absolutely amazing!! She came to meet our kitties before we left to ensure that they were familiar with her, and we could show her around. While we were gone, she loved on our cats and sent daily reports with details on how each was doing. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled while we were away. I would highly recommend Christina as your next pet sitter, and we will definitely use her again!

I never met Brandon, but my husband Greg did, and he took excellent care of our cat Elliott. It was very comforting to know that Elliott was able to stay in his own home, spend time on the lanai and get his needs met.

We just went on our first vacation since our daughter was born 3 years ago. Our previous pet sitter moved out of state, and we just moved to Oak Park, so I had to find someone to care for the cats while we were away. Robyn did a FANTASTIC job! Christine was awesome! She always came around the same time, which and important because our cats liked their daily treat at a certain time, did all the things we asked of her and spent time with our cats. We are so appreciative of her visits and felt confident with her caring for our cats. Will definitely utilize her service again in the future!

If it hadn't been for the pictures of my kitty in the house during my trip, I would think no one had been inside the house for days. Missy was not hungry, emotionally needy, or starved for outside time upon my return. That can only mean all her needs were met in my absence.
