This was our first time using Rover. Ernest provided excellent, caring, and on time service to care for our grand dog. Shes a German Shepherd and has some training, but still learning. Ernest was so patient with her and kept us up to date on every visit. We were concerned as she isn't fully integrated with other dogs, but Ernest shared that she was excellent when other dogs walked past her on their walks. She minded him very well. Ernest gas a gentle, calm voice and manners, so our dog surely responded well to behaving in his loving care. He did 3 visits a day and was always prompt! Thus was a positive experience for our dog and for us!! Thank you Ernest!!!

Mahaila was attentive, communicative, and went above and beyond to make sure Paisley felt comfortable and loved while we were away. Highly recommend Mahaila to anyone looking for a kind, responsible, and truly amazing dog sitter!

I would definitely ask Melissa to watch my fur babies again! She went above and beyond providing love and attention to my kitty and lots of pictures and updates. Very happy with her service!
