We will definitely be using Erika again! From the moment she walked through the door and greeted our puggles I knew she just “got it”. Our puggle who is normally pretty standoff-ish and nervous instantly felt comfortable with Erika and snuggled up next to her. Our older puggle Rudy has more needs (as he is 17), and Erika made us feel totally confident that she would care for him the way he needs!

We had a perfect experience with Kristen and plan to re-book with her for future vacations! Kristen was responsible, communicative, and very patient with our shy kitty. We could always trust that Kristen would show up on time and spend quality time with her. She even had thoughtful questions at the meet-and-greet that we hadn’t considered, which really demonstrated how she goes above and beyond to provide the best care. Would absolutely recommend!

Olivia is amazing and so caring! My pet situation is unique and she approached it with such care. She updated us on every visit with messages and pictures and that gave us peace in mind. I will absolutely be contacting her again! Thank you Olivia.

Michelle is great! It’s only my first week using her services for my pup Fendi. But from the jump, amongst her and 4 other rovers I met with - she was the kindest and most genuine. She provides great details and pictures of each visit, and is ALWAYS willing to show up last minute if need be. Her flexibility and ability to show up on such short notice is great for my pup and my crazy work schedule. Though it is her job, she goes above and beyond and it does not go unnoticed 🙏🏽
