Nancy was amazing with my two cats! When my litter box broke, she took the time to take it apart, clean it and see what was wrong. She was extremely communicative with me and super kind. She ensured that my cats were safe and taken care of. I highly recommend her!

Had to leave another review! Sylvie was so patient with me as I kept extending my trip away and made new and extended bookings. This review is from another booking that we did later the same week as for my other review. She came over twice a day for nearly a week on short notice, working it into her schedule, and was very kind about all of it. Sylvie 100% went above and beyond in taking care of our cats, which mattered a ton when we were troubleshooting the problem of one of our kitties not eating his medicated food. I can tell she genuinely cares about the welfare of the animals she takes care of and she’s very careful and detail oriented, which is huge when it comes to giving medicine. I like finding people on Rover who have lots of experience with cats specifically, in addition to dogs, as I think there are some important differences between caring for cats vs dogs. Sylvie definitely fits the bill! We will absolutely work with her again.
