Tiphany did a really awesome job! She was super, super responsive and accommodating. She was incredibly sweet to my rambunctious 5 month old puppy. I highly recommend and will definitely be using her in the future!!

Luiza took care of my cat for 5 days on a short notice during a holiday so that I was able to travel for it, and I really appreciated her help and willingness to be there for me and my cat! She took great care of him, followed everything I asked and she made sure to give me detailed updates at the end of each visit. I had a unique situation in that my parents’ cats were joining my cat for a couple days while traveling to KW. Lovell took everything in stride and coordinated both with me and my mom to make sure any extra meds or instructions were added as he saw fit. Very happy with his customer service and connection with cats that are skeptical of men.
