We couldn’t be more pleased with the care provided for our pups! From the start, communication was prompt and clear, and I received regular updates and photos that really put my mind at ease. It was obvious my pup was happy, well-cared for, and getting lots of love and attention. Heather followed all instructions carefully and went above and beyond to make sure my dog felt at home. Poliana was a wonderful host! Very responsive and attentive. My dog always cries when I return home and find him anxious,this was not the case when I picked him up from Poliana.my doggie was relaxed and happy! I am so greatful and happy to have found this service.At the end I received beautiful pictures and even presents for him.The pics show him having a relaxing day and enjoying many different areas in the home.I am so appreciative to see pictures with several family members together with my doggie.Thank you so much Poliana to you and your family!
Our pups had an excellent time with Emma! She was wonderful to communicate with and was very flexible with our schedule. Great yard to run around in with the other dogs! We will be using Emma again for boarding.
