This was the second time we have used Robin. Her service and communication is impeccable! Nothing like having your fur babies at home by themselves during a hurricane 😬. She prepped our house, made sure they had extra food and water and were safe and offered to come back afterwards if needed. She does an excellent job and truly cares about your animals!

Ashley was seriously the best with Kitty while I was out of town. She checked in, made sure Kitty was comfy, and kept me in the loop the whole time. Came home to a happy cat and zero stress on my end — 10/10 would trust her again!

As first-time Rover users, we were naturally apprehensive about leaving our beloved rag doll cat, Babbi, home alone while we traveled. Being particularly shy and sensitive, Babbi had never been without us before, making this decision even more challenging. Enter Charlie, who turned our concerns into confidence from day one. Her professional yet warm approach immediately put us at ease during our initial meet-and-greet. What truly set Charlie apart was her natural ability to connect with Babbi, despite her typically reserved nature. By the end of our time away, she had accomplished what few can - winning over our cautious little companion! The daily photos were a highlight of our trip, showing Babbi looking relaxed and content - something we hadn't dared hope for given her shy personality. It was especially heartwarming to see her gradually warming up to Charlie in the pictures, proving she had the patience and gentleness needed for shy cats. For anyone considering Rover services, particularly those with sensitive or shy pets, we couldn't recommend Charlie more highly. Her attentiveness, reliability, and genuine love for animals made our first experience exceptional. We've already decided she’ll be our go-to sitter for all future trips.

Paulina was great with our cats! She was very communicative and timely, and went above and beyond to make sure they were happy. We have a more shy cat that Paulina made sure was comfortable, and she made them pillow forts to play in! She also took great care of our fish :) would definitely recommend Paulina!

Katherine is the best!! She was awesome and took great care of my kitties while I was out of town! Definitely book with her if she’s available and you have the chance! I knew my babies were in great hands after meeting her.

Chris made daily drop ins on our cats. We have a cat that’s needed for attention and Chris spent time with it each day. Cats were happy when I came home and Chris was very punctual. I highly recommend using Chris for pet sitting services.
