Ashley was seriously the best with Kitty while I was out of town. She checked in, made sure Kitty was comfy, and kept me in the loop the whole time. Came home to a happy cat and zero stress on my end — 10/10 would trust her again!

Robin was absolutely fantastic with my little fur babies! She gives thorough updates, lots of pictures, and truly goes above and beyond. I 100% recommend her for any pet/ house sitting needs!

Paulina was great with our cats! She was very communicative and timely, and went above and beyond to make sure they were happy. We have a more shy cat that Paulina made sure was comfortable, and she made them pillow forts to play in! She also took great care of our fish :) would definitely recommend Paulina!

Chris did amazing with my two dogs while we had to step away for a few days. He was very flexible and when I needed to add a couple extra days he was very accepting! I had one difficult dog who didn’t do well at least the first day and unfortunately bit him out of fear and Chris still finished the job and made friends with him over his time with him. I greatly appreciate this! He also took the time to care for my 11 week old pup frequently and gave her medication and made she she felt loved. Thanks so much!!!

Jaime is AMAZING! She comes each work day to provide the invaluable attention and service that my 3.5 month old puppy needs while I'm at work! She is incredibly reliable and I'm completely dependent on her to provide the extremely important care that a 3.5 month old puppy must have! I'm so thankful for Jaime! I love Charlie. I never used a service before to take care of my 4 cats. Charlie was very helpful in the process and made it so easy. My cats are very timid and shy, she made sure she located them all to see if they were all doing good. She also sent me pitchers of them while I was away, which I loved. I would highly recommend her since I will be using her services in the future.
