Heather was wonderful with our pets! She took extra care to make sure our pets warmed up to her, as it was their first drop in visit with her. We would definitely book her again!

I recently had the pleasure of having Carly take care of my girls, Jade and Roxy. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. My girls are extremely shy and guarded but they opened up to Carly within seconds of meeting her. Carly went above and beyond in every aspect of pet care. Firstly, Carly was extremely reliable. She arrived on time every day, and followed all of the instructions I provided. It was clear that Carly genuinely cared about my pups well-being. Carly had excellent communication. She kept me updated with regular messages and photos which gave me peace of mind, knowing that my girls were in good hands. Additionally, Carly handled potty accidents without any complaints. My first time using Rover and I found Kelsey. She was just great. I had concerns about someone in my house while I’m away, and about taking care of my senior dog Rocky. She understood my concerns about his age and hip issues, respected my home and took amazing care of my best bud. She kept in contact with questions and I was excited to get her drop-in updates and find pics of a happy, content pup. She took great care of Rocky, and gave him lots of hugs and live, which he absolutely absorbs and gives back. I came home to a happy, relaxed, stress-free dog. For that, her attention to detail, and her care for Rocky, she kept my trip anxiety free. For that, I am extremely grateful and will definitely request Kelsey’s services again!
