This was our first time using Rover, and Samantha made it a great experience! She came over 3x/day to care for our dog and 2 cats, providing an update and photos for each visit. I felt very at ease while we were away, knowing our pets were well cared for. We will definitely ask Samantha to care for our pets again!

Jordan took great care and a genuine interest in making sure Coco was happy and comfortable while we were away. The pictures during the visits helped ease our minds that he was doing well. I have zero hesitation in recommending Jenn as a pet sitter. My husband and I had never used a pet sitter but a two week international trip made it a necessity. Jenn was fabulous from the meet and greet throughout the time she took care of our two cats. One senior cat has to take three different types of medicine and the younger cat hides from people. Jenn provided top-notch care and our frightened cat came out of her shell by day 2 or 3. Not just taking care of the necessities of food, medicine, litter box, etc., Jenn spent time interacting with the cats. Highly recommend Jenn, unless you book her when we need her🤣

Our experience with Danielle was in a word, “outstanding”. She took such good care of our two kitties. Her daily reports, which included photos, put our minds at ease as we received them each day. We appreciate her very much and look forward to our next getaway even more now, because we know we can leave and know that our girls will be cared for as well as loved.

Having Brandi stop in to take care of my cat while I was out of town was such a relief. I was so pleased to get daily updates and see that my normally stranger-wary cat opened up and showed his huge personality. He definitely enjoyed his visitors.

We left our three kitties for the first time for a week and were so worried to do so, especially since they are very used to us being home a lot. We hired Eboni for drop-in visits and I cannot say enough good things about her. She was so professional, asked a lot of questions that we didn’t even think about, and went above & beyond to take care of our kitties. I am actually about to cry as I write this as we are driving back from our trip because she really made this so much easier on them and on us. She was on time or early each day and sent us lots of pictures and videos. She also did little things that we didn’t even ask her to do like washing their bowls and giving them treats. She was interacting with them each day the entire time she was there. They took to her quicker than they have any other people outside of our household. We will definitely be booking her again!
