She sent lots of pictures daily, took care to make sure our home was secure and locked when she left, communicated with us and was very professional and friendly. We were a bit worried since it was our first time leaving our kits for so long and using rover but she was so nice and really helped ease our anxiety with amazing communication and pictures.
