Michelle was exceptional in providing care for our puppy. She ensured potty breaks were in time and incorporated play time after pup naps. She followed the printed routine left for her and kept me up to date throughout her time here. From pictures and videos, I received all the details and could tell my puppy was in great care. During my time away, she provided daily updates with photos and detailed notes about my cat’s activities, feeding schedule, and behavior. My cats, who are usually shy around strangers, immediately warmed up to Laura—a testament to her calm and loving demeanor. She went above and beyond to ensure my home was tidy and and my cats were happy and well-cared for. It gave me such peace of mind to know my cats were in such capable hands.
