We used Joan for a last minute trip and she was great! She was really responsive, got back to us quickly, and sent photos/updates during each of her visits. We will definitely be using Joan for our cats again.

Jamie did a great job watching our kittie! Our cat normally doesn’t let strangers touch her - or even see her - but she let Jamie give her head rubs. Jamie was very communicative, followed feeding instructions perfectly, and kept everything very neat and tidy. We will definitely use her services again!
