Dog Boarding in Pembroke Park

This was our first boarding for our pup since rescuing her and we were quite nervous about how she'd do with strangers. She immediately took to Ekaterina and didn't put up a fuss when dropping her off. I appreciated that Ekaterina was prompt with communication and provided photo updates. She clarified any feeding instructions and walking needs upon arrival. My pup looked happy and I got good feedback from Ekaterina when picking her back up so I was relieved. Overall, it was an easygoing experience and I would trust Ekaterina with my pet again.

Jeffrey let me bring Buddy by ahead of time to be sure he would be comfortable. Everything clicked and Buddy's stay was great. I was sent pictures and could not be more comfortable with Jeffery and his wife taking care of Buddy. If I need to leave Buddy again, I hope Jeffrey will be available.

If we could give 10 stars we totally would! Amy was so fantastic and went above and beyond to take excellent care of Charlie. She sent many pictures and videos and even let us FaceTime our pup! She has watched Charlie a couple of times and each time we drop Charlie off it is clear that she is excited to be spending time with Amy! We will absolutely be seeing her again!! This is Charlie’s new home away from home.

Took very good care of Sophie! Sent update videos and photos daily. Very thankful that they were able to watch her on short notice. Will book again!

Mikayla was wonderful!! Perfect and timely communication, sent lots of pictures and videos, updated me daily on my dogs, and was just overall so sweet. My high energy dogs were handled so well I would book again and 10/10 recommend to anyone looking!

This by far was the best experience I ever had. I was very nervous at first dropping her off especially for several days. But I love this couple they treated my baby as their own. I felt so save with them. Seems like I’ll be traveling more and I’m am so happy I have found me a permanent sitter! Please book with them you’ll have regrets!

Oh my, where should I begin ….. so I requested service a day before I cruised out …. My initial person to watch my dog change their mind at the last minute. Bertha response was rapid and awesome. I really was nervous about dropping my dog off , this was my first time and his first time not being with me and my daughter. After meeting Bertha I was more relaxed. When I tell y’all she kept me posted : sent videos, pictures and updates on what my dog was doing. She accommodated my dog to the fullest. She did what works for him to be comfortable. He doesn’t like small cages, so she gave him bigger space, he loves to be outside, so she allowed him to let her know when he’s ready to come inside! This was the best service ever and I will be using Bertha again to watch my dog!!!’ Thank you so much for having patience with Mista!!!!!!

Eugenia & Diego were kind, friendly, warm and loving to my dog, Brooklyn. My dog was happy and comfortable around them. I felt secure and confident in leaving my dog in their care. Eugenia took very good care of Brooklyn, sent pictures and kept me updated. I highly recommend Eugenia & Diego and will book her services again.

Serena enjoyed Donna and her two doggies while I was away. It gave me great peace of mind that she was well cared for while I was on vacation for a week and it was clear Serena had a great time when I picked her up. I will definitely use Donna services again.

We’re very happy we chose Vera to take care of our cat Tofu. We were quite nervous at first, as it’s always hard to leave your pet with someone new — but everything went perfectly.
