OMG!!!!! I am a first time Rover user. Jeanette has made me a Rover customer for life. Jeanette was pleasant, loving, reliable and my cat loved her. Her professionalism began at the start when she scheduled a meet and greet! The only bad thing is Slim Jim may never go on a road trip with my family again. Veronica is so sweet, caring and reliable. She dropped in to visit with our kitten multiple times. She always gives an update and sends cute reassuring pictures. I would definitely use her services again!

I felt great about leaving Osiris with Pedro. We met before and that helped me decide to choose him. additionally, Osiris did not hate him, and for a cat that says a lot. I got tons of pictures and updates throughout my trip so I could concentrate and not worry about the cat. He was super communicative and friendly to the point that my cat didn't want to go home.

Stephanny and her boyfriend treated my fur babies amazingly and I am so grateful for her services.
