Kelsey has shown herself to be a very dependable and reliable young woman. She was punctual for our meet and greet (some people don't even show up!) and was very consistent with her visit times. She's very caring and conscientious and took great care of my fur babies this past week while I traveled for work. She also takes COVID precautions seriously which is unfortunately something we all must consider now. I definitely recommend Kelsey and will be hiring her again.

On time, excellent with communication, extremely sweet and thoughtful with Dolce, smart and quick witted in an emergency, mature and comfortable with new/unexpected challenges and situations, and just a lovely person.
