Jacquie has been the best first experience I’ve had on Rover! She has been absolutely so wonderful and I would take her on my move with me if I could. She was always constant with her communication, helped me train my puppy, and took on the constant changes that come with puppy growth!! Both my dog and I are going to miss her so much. Yvonne is just amazing, my dog have a condition and she gave him the best care. She was in contact with me the whole visitation, I have cats also witch they didn’t need care since it was only 1 hour. Ishita truly went above and beyond while caring for our cat, Simba. From the moment she took on the responsibility, she showed an incredible level of dedication and care that exceeded our expectations. Simba can be quite particular, especially when it comes to taking his medication twice a day, and he was initially a bit scared of Ishita. However, she was incredibly patient and gentle, making sure to build trust with him day by day. What really stood out to us was how hard she worked to ensure that Simba took his meds, despite his initial reluctance. She never gave up, and her persistence and care paid off when Simba eventually started to relax around her. By the end of her time watching him, Simba had gone from being nervous and shy to eagerly awaiting her visits. It was clear that they had formed a bond, and it meant the world to us knowing he was in such good hands. Ishita also kept us updated regularly with messages and photos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. We knew Simba was being well looked after, and we could see how happy and comfortable he was. We truly cannot thank Ishita enough for the love and care she showed Simba, and we’ll definitely be booking her again for future pet-sitting. She’s a wonderful, reliable sitter, and we feel incredibly lucky to have found someone who truly cares for our Simba!
