This was my first time using Rover and Kaylee set my mind at ease! She was extremely communicative and even sent update pictures. I am so glad I used Rover and found Kaylee! She will definitely be my go to when I need help with my dog Olive. I have already told my coworkers they should book her when they need pet assistance.

We are beyond happy with Emily and the level of care she has provided. Her communication has been exceptional from day one, and her energy is so warm, joyful, and genuinely caring. It’s never easy to trust someone with your pet, especially through an app, and even more so when you’re out of state and miles away. But Emily has made us feel completely at peace. The love and attention she gives our little girl is something you can truly feel, and that kind of reassurance is priceless. She is attentive, thoughtful, and clearly has a natural talent and passion for caring for animals. As simple as dog walking may seem, it requires a lot of love, and not everyone has that. Emily absolutely does. This is just the first week of many more to come. We definitely want Daily to keep walking with her. We recommend her with our eyes closed.
