Ariel was AMAZING and Rover did not disappoint. We are new pet parents and our 9-day trip was planned prior to finding our kitten. I was really anxious. A preliminary meeting with Ariel gave me some confidence that this could work out and was definitely preferable to kenneling. Ariel’s daily updates and great photos of our kitten made me feel connected and better each day. It was obvious that my kitten was happy with Ariel. Ariel was professional, communicative, and caring and I can only hope she will be available for any vacations we have in the future. A+++
