Cat Sitting in San Mateo

This was our first experience with Rover, and it was an excellent introduction to the service. Dean did daily vista for 10 days to be sure my 14 year old cat was fed, watered and comfortable alone at our house while we vacationed. We met with him beforehand, and were comfortable with him from the first. He saw Bella every day, and his pictures and detailed notes allowed us to vacation without worry. Bella warmed up to Dean almost immediately, and came out to meet him each time he came by. We came home to a happy cat, clean litter, and mail and packages on our counter (a graciously offered courtesy). We will definitely use Dean again in the future!

Haley went above and beyond while pet sitting for me. She communicated and sent pictures with every visit. My cat can be very particular but Haley was able to connect with her very easily. I would not hesitate to use her again!

Jada did a great job watching our 2 cats while we were on vacation. She was very communicative throughout the whole process even before the Meet & Greet all the way to us getting home. One of our cats is a senior and has special needs (blindness). She did everything that we discussed during our Meet & Greet, including being attentive to our senior kitty. This was our first time hiring someone to pet-sit for us, so there were some initial jitters. No doubt, Jada crushed it! We'll absolutely be contacting her in the future when we need a sitter again! Oh! Our return flight was cancelled, and we were late coming home by almost a day and a half! Jada had no problem helping us even after our initial booking had ended--like it was nothing! We really appreciated how adaptable and cooperative she was in that moment!!

Sydni is wonderful as I am a repeat customer!! Follows directions and is very careful and loving with our cat. I will continue to book her when leaving out of town. Amazing person!!

Marilyn was amazing with my cat while I was out of town! She sent detailed messages every visit and lots of pictures/videos. Highly recommend!

Bryce and his wife were able to come visit my kitty with only a days notice. They took their time to let him warm up to them and sent me pictures and great updates. Thankful to have some peace of mind that he was doing ok while I was gone.

Cheyenne cared for our cats like they were her own! She always sent prompt updates with pictures and video to keep me at ease about leaving my babies so long. Will definitely use her services in the future!

Matthew was terrific!! By the second day my shy cat was playing with him and getting pets by the third. Thank you for an excellent job! I will definitely book Matthew for future travel.

Brooklin’s gentle, caring, spirit continued to be a hit with our cats, as well as, my granddaughter’s cat this time. She is very thorough and a good communicator.

Rae is great! I hope she will become a regular for our cats.

Cynthia was fantastic! We went out of town for a week and she came by to feed and play with our cats twice a day and always let us know what was going on and was even able to help me with a special request at my house. She’s really the best and I feel so much better about having her as an option next time we take a trip. It was such a stress reliever to not have to worry about their care while we were gone. Thanks again so much! I can’t recommend you enough! If there was more than 5 stars I would give it!

Nancy is the best - very responsible and trustworthy. She stayed in our house for a week caring for our cat while on vacation and I highly recommend her! She sent pictures on a daily basis as well as - she definitely has a touch with animals and our cat who is normally very shy just loved her too!
