Kim is absolutely fantastic. Everyday she kept me in the loop with an honest update about my two kitties with pictures, which I appreciated tremendously. Kim is now my go-to sitter. Your pet is in great hands with her.

We are SO thankful we found Emma! She went above and beyond for us (our vacation coincided with Hurricane Ian) and took excellent care of our cat, Pepper. She is flexible and communicative.
