Michelle was absolutely amazing at watching my cat, River. This was the first time I have had to use Rover as all my usual friends/family who watch my furbaby were also out of town for the holiday's and I was very nervous. But Michelle was incredibly responsive from the beginning and was even kind enough to arrange a meet and greet before booking with me, which I am incredibly grateful for. When we left, Michelle showed up at the exact time of the booking, took multiple photos and videos and kept me informed of River's going-on's. It put my mind at ease that he was taken care of. I'm already getting ready to book Michelle for the next two holiday's I have upcoming. I highly recommend.

Colin &Juliana were great. They were timely and never hesitated to ask any questions or get clarifications. Kept me updated with pics and messages on how the pups were doing.

We are so thankful for Kelsey! She did an amazing job watching our two dogs for three days. She sent updates of our pups, and they both looked so happy! We have an older dog who has never been boarded, and this was our first time using Rover. Kelsey came to meet our 3.5 year old and a 12.5 year old, and she was super comfortable with them right away! Nataley was great with my dog; sent pictures several times a day and kept us updated on how she was doing. Lulu seemed to be very happy to get to stay in her own home. Our house was in perfect order when we got home. We are happy to have found her on Rover!
