Sent me photos of my cats every visit and the loved her for sure ! Came home to happy cats and a clean litter box. Even let me know if stuff that seemed out of place because of how crazy my cats are. Niki is fantastic! Our kitty is normally very slow to warm up but with Niki, she was extremely comfortable due to Niki’s professionalism, personality and experience. Niki is reliable, punctual and provides you with videos to ease your mind which made us feel at ease (we were gone for 2 weeks). There are some folks who see this as a job and then there are gems like Niki who see this as a passion and truly care about your pet.

Kim is fantastic! I had to be away for 10 days to make a drive down south for a business conference. Kim took care of my beloved elderly pet and also helped my elderly mother (who lives with me) to make sure everybody was okay and had what they needed. She is thorough, organized, dependable and very kind! I felt so much more at ease leaving for this length of time, knowing that she would be stopping in every day. This is the second time I've booked Kim through Rover and she is the absolute BEST!!
