From the beginning, she was responsive, kind, and professional, which immediately made me feel comfortable trusting them with my pets She took the time to ask questions about my pet’s routine, preferences, and any special needs, which showed genuine care and attention to detail. During the service, I received regular updates, including messages and photos, which gave me so much peace of mind. Very thankful and definitely I’ll recommend her as great pet care person.

Took great care of my three cats and gave my senior cat his medication each time without any issues. Great sitter provided lots of photos and information to keep my mind at ease while I was away

Very solid guy, showed me where my cat would be staying and took pictures and sent me them almost daily since I was out of the country; my cat clearly was calm and cared for the entire time and came back healthy and happy! Would definitely use as a service again

Our cats spend the week being lovingly looked after by Katelyn. She did exactly what we asked her to do to take care of our babies, coming on schedule to feed and cuddle them. Katelyn also stayed in contact with us, letting us know what she was doing each time she was with the cats.
