Jodi is fantastic with our 2 french bulldogs. One of them is very "picky" about new people and even she loved Jodi immediately. She sent great pictures and made us feel so much better about leaving the dogs.

Francesca took care of my Diva cat, Pierre. She was GREAT. She's dedicated to making owner and pet feel comfortable when they have to be apart. She does a great job of keeping me updated and sending me pics of Pierre. She's very gentle with the cat and skilled in taking care of his unique needs. I would highly recommend Francesca. PS the key that I left her didn't work to open the door. Francesca went above and beyond to find help, took hours of her own time in order to get into the apartment and feed Pierre. She did not have to do that. She is extremely reliable and I'm grateful for her help.

Not only did she provide excellant service regarding the regular duties of cat care but also provided remote troubleshooting support when our house internet connection went down and again when our automatic feeder stopped working.
