From the moment I contacted Ricardo, he was very friendly and professional. He kept us updated with frequent videos and it seemed that our dog , Ozzy, was having a great time. Upon pickup , Ozzy was happy, healthy, and had clearly been well cared for. It’s obvious that Ricardo really loves animals and treats them like their own. I would definitely be booking him again for future trips.

Teresa was absolutely wonderful with my dog Tara! From the start, she made me feel so at ease by sending regular updates and photos , that meant the world to me. It was clear how much she genuinely cares for animals, she really connects with them on a deep level. Tara seemed so happy and comfortable in her care. I’m so grateful to have found someone so kind, attentive, and loving. I would absolutely recommend Teresa to anyone looking for someone to treat their pet like family and I will definitely be reaching out to her again to watch Tara in the future! 🩷

Mercedes was awesome/ friendly and loving with Otis ... first couple of days Otis didn’t want to eat (do to missing us) and she sat down and hand fed him which we really appreciate.. she sent us soooo many pics which kept us at ease during our vacation, we really appreciate Mercedes and if we could give her 10 stars, we would!! Thank you Mercedes!!!

We left our dog with her for the first time, and Crystal made us feel very comfortable. She was very patient and loving with Shorty who can be very nervous, and it made all the difference. Thanks Crystal!

Hailey helped us out in a pinch for the 4th of July weekend while our regular dog sitter was out of town. She’s very sweet and very communicative. Pups came back home happy and exhausted from all the fun they had. Very happy we found her. Conveniently located in West Miami neighborhood.

Franny is absolutely amazing! She’s kind, responsible, and incredibly detail-oriented — everything you could ever want in a dog sitter. My dog Sunny adores her and her family, which says it all! I always feel at ease knowing Sunny is in such loving and capable hands. Franny goes above and beyond to make sure Sunny is happy, comfortable, and well cared for. Contratar a Aisa fue una de las mejores decisiones que pude haber tomado para el cuidado de mis mascotas. Durante mi ausencia, me mantuvo informada con fotos y actualizaciones diarias, lo cual me dio muchísima tranquilidad. We cannot express enough gratitude for Ana and her family for her wonderful care of Winnie during our 16 day trip. From the moment we left, we knew Winnie was in the best hands possible. Ana treated our beloved pup like one of her own, and we wondered if Winnie would even want to come back home with us after all the love and attention she received! (LOL) Ana went above and beyond, taking Winnie out on numerous adventures - from running errands to attending soccer games, she ensured Winnie had a fantastic time. Our pup was truly spoiled rotten, and it warmed our hearts to know she was so well cared for. Finding a dog sitter of Ana's caliber is a rare gem, and we feel incredibly fortunate to have found her and her sweet family. Mirta is a wonderful pet caretaker, she observed my dog “inhales” his food and bought him a slow feeding bowl, so caring and what a sweet person, glad to know I have a trusted caretaker for my Bruno 😊

Carolina is an amazing sitter and our go-to. She loves Mando and Mando loves her. Can't ask for anything better! I feel comfortable and at peace leaving our boy with Carolina and her family. I love seeing Mando feel good and happy under her care.

Paula was a great sitter. I felt that she would take good care of my fur baby and she did. I love that she has other dogs too. She is on time and reliable and responded quickly to my questions. I will be using her services in the future!

Ynes was amazing with my dog, Rocco. She took care of him at her home and made sure he was comfortable and well cared for. Her place was clean and calm, and I felt really relaxed knowing Rocco was in good hands thanks to her constant updates. I would definitely trust her again and highly recommend her.

Guina was absolutely amazing! I could not have asked for a better dog sitter for my pup. She was responsive, attentive, very flexible, and she kept me updated with cute pictures and videos. My pup had a nice big yard to play with other dogs. Guina took care of my pup as if she was her own and made her feel very loved this weekend that I was away. One of the best overall rover experiences I’ve had. I will highly recommend her to anyone!
