This was my first time using Rover and leaving my cat home alone for a long period of time. I was anxious and nervous, but thankfully Laura was the best! She was attentive and followed instructions clearly to take care of Thor. She made sure to always provide an in-depth description of each visit, along with pictures of him. I was so happy to receive each update and will for sure be booking Laura again in the future! If you need someone who’s attentive and follows your pet’s routine clearly, Laura is that person!!!

Helped me out in a bind. With the US wide fly issues my returning flight got delayed another day and she was able to do one additional morning stay and did not make me feel stressed or worried at all in a stressful situation. Was like asking a friend

I couldn't have gotten luckier than finding this sitter!! I was scared to be away for a few weeks, but she's been amazing with my cats and even cleaning & grabbing extra litter from my mail room when it was delivered! I'm so incredibly grateful for the care and attention she gave to me and my cats. Will definitely rebook in the future.

Em was a life saver! I contacted her last minute to help care for our three fur babies while my partner was away visiting family because my back injury flared right in the middle of his trip. Em came over three times a day, helped me give medicine to our elderly cat, handled the special feeding requirements, gave fresh water and scooped all the pans every visit, swept and vacuumed the litter from around the boxes; all the things! She was so gracious about cleaning up after our elderly cat’s litter box accidents. Above and beyond! I highly recommend Em for any pet needs you might have. I will 100% rebook if I’m in need again. Brianna did an amazing job taking care of all my precious babies, sent lots of adorable pictures and really went above and beyond in cleaning after them and spending time with them! Absolutely recommend her for anyone with pets that need snuggles and loving!

Jessie went above and beyond with my special needs cat during her drop-in visits. He is normally pretty shy around new people but he was acting like he’s known her his whole life! Jessie even asked to stop by prior to agreeing to watch him, which I thought was a very responsible and professional thing to do. Amber is always super quick to respond and very flexible/accommodating with planning, and I’ve trusted her from day one to take great care of my babies whenever I’m out of town. You can tell she is a true animal person. I highly recommend Amber as your pet sitter!
