First time booking on rover and I’m so glad I found Shannon! She was so sweet and was able to help me out by house sitting my 2 big pups last minute (after a friend was unable to watch them). Usually when I get home from being away my dogs go crazy!! But Shannon took such great care of them that they acted like I just came home from work 😂 Shannon carefully followed directions, was very communicative, and sent many updates with pictures. I will definitely be rebooking with Shannon in the future! She is truly a kind hearted person and will love your furry animals just as much as you do!! It was wonderful not having to worry about my pets and knowing they were being taken well care of. Not only did she take great care of my animals but also my house! She took care of a few things I wasn’t able to finish before I left (dishes in the sink, take out trash etc.) and Shannon made sure I came home to a clean house!!

Stephen and Ashlie were great! I had to find someone last minute to drop in on my dogs while I was traveling over the weekend. We had a thorough meet and great which really helped my dogs warm up to them. One of my dogs can be reactive with new people, but they were really patient with him. They gave several updates while I was gone. Will book again in the future!

Dawn took great care of our cat and dog. She stayed at our house and left everything clean and took our mail in. We got lots of pictures and updates. We'll be using her again!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Alyssa stayed at our house for two weeks with our two cats and took care of the feral kittens we feed in the backyard. We were very nervous since we’ve never left them for more than 6 days. We had professional cleaners come the day before our trip and we returned to the house just as clean as when we left. My Maine Coon is a Covid cat and does not handle it well when we leave him, he will pee on the floor even if we just leave him for work. I left pee pads and I’m sure he peed on the floor many times but we heard no complaints and did not come back to a mess. She sent photos of all the cats without asking and sent messages every few days even though we rarely had service overseas for communication. She even offered to come by the day after our booking ended since we would not be back yet. We would definitely book Alyssa for future trips.

Deborah was A+!!!!! I was looking for a sitter who would be at home most of the time since my dog does not like the crate. Deborah fit the bill since she works from home. She cared for my cats and dog as if they were her own. By the pictures and reports I received daily, I could tell that they loved her. She followed all of the instructions I left. And, to my surprise, my house was cleaned and sheets were washed, such a welcomed end to a long travel day. I will definitely use Deborah again.

***AMAZING WITH FEAR-REACTIVE HUSKY*** We cannot say enough wonderful things about Andrea. She has been watching our animals for about 4-5 months now. Communication with Andrea is seamless and prompt. She's always responsive to our messages and concerns, making us feel connected and informed throughout our time away. She invested the time to get to know Piper's unique needs and tailored her care accordingly and has followed all of our requests with Piper to the T. Charlie and Todd are equally smitten with her. Andrea provides personalized attention to each of our furry family members, making sure they get the exercise, playtime, and love they need. We receive daily updates and photos that put our minds at ease while we're away. Her dedication, expertise, and genuine love for animals shine through in everything she does. We are incredibly grateful to have found Andrea, and we wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone in need of top-notch pet care.

This was the first time we have ever left Paco & Chica. Joy did an excellent job with them, she bonded with our babies as if they were her own. Our cats, Abby & Rocco don't require much care but Joy took excellent care of them too, she even cleaned up the litter they tracked everywhere! We developed a great relationship with Joy and will definitely be using her again! Thanks again Joy for helping us enjoy our trip without worrying about our babies.

Michelle was great about sending pictures of our dogs and took great care of them! We will be using her again next month!

Natasha took very good care of our 13 year old dachshund while we were out of town for a week. She is most responsive when we had questions or concerns and even sent us photos of Oscar. I recommend Natasha to anyone needing a caring, responsible pet sitter.
