Nelli is the perfect choice if you are going out of town and want someone who is attentive and caring about your pet. This was my first time away from my cat and she made the experience wonderful with the ample photos where I could see my cat being comfortable and playing with her. I’d recommend Nelli to anyone and everyone if you want to put your mind at ease while away. Thank you again Nelli! I will be back for all my future trips!

Brittany was great. We arranged a Meet and Greet a few days before our vacation Every day she would let us know when she came and sent pictures. I was very happy with the care she gave my two cats. I would not hesitate to hire her again.

Katelyn is truly a true pet lover! We are repeat bookers since she is so attentive and goes above and beyond to not only provide general care such as food and water and insulin injections in our case for our male tabby cat, but also love and attention! We have a finicky female tortoise shell cat who does not like to be petted very much, and even she is warming up to Katelyn! We cannot thank her enough for her care, attention, and flexibility! Amazing! I needed someone VERY last minute, and Nancy’s quick response and willingness saved the day. Very nice and understanding. My cat hid in her couch, (he’s naturally nervous). Her and her husband were great sports about the situation. Will definitely be using her again in the future. My first time using rover, and I got lucky with the best sitter!
