Melissa did a drop in visit with the dogs and everything was great. She was prompt, communicated with us and sent pictures. We were very happy to have Melissa take care of the dogs.

I think he spent more time with the dogs than what I booked for a drop-in visit. Super happy with the attention he gives to them. Also, Matt was very patient & flexible with me trying to schedule a time & day. I really appreciate his professionalism.

This was our first time using Rover and Kaitlyn made the process so easy and comfortable and is AMAZING!! I am so blessed we had her to take care of our kitty . She went above and beyond than what I expected . I was so nervous to leave him and he is a shy cat , he ended up coming out and loved her so much . So suprised !
