Luz was very helpful and accommodating to all my questions and concerns! And our little guy was relaxed and happy when we picked him up. Luz sent me several updates with pictures of a contented doggie lounging on the sofa and one of her pillows in the floor. When I texted her that we would be late arriving, she said no problem and be safe! Very friendly, warm and welcoming! If we have the opportunity, we will definitely take our furkid back to her!

Tressa was absolutely wonderful with Romeo! She was able to book him in on short notice and was super responsive and so kind. She sent pictures during his stay and provided updates. She accommodated Romeo’s needs and even wrote us a hand-written Christmas card for Romeo’s stay. Would use her again anytime I need Romeo cared for ☺️.

Even after a year away from the Tampa area, when we returned and our dog Tucker went back to stay with Connie, it was like returning to a second home for him. He was very happy to see her and her dogs, and they all went right back to playing!
100% will be using them again! I left for almost a week to Seattle and had to book them last second, they were super quick to respond and communicated with me the whole time with pictures and updates. Even accommodated to my pitbull who loves people but not other dogs, it’s super hard to find people I trust and their home was beautiful/perfect size. Thank you guys again!
She provided my dobie with exceptional care .as soon as we walked in her home my baby felt comfortable and didn’t even look back at me 😊we will definetely be using her more often
